Chris McFarland wins Veterans Raffle.
Plattsmouth VFW Post 2543 Commander Dennis Sorrell presents the Bug-Out Survival Bag and contents to Chris McFarland. The Veterans of Foreign Wars thanks Mr. McFarland for his generous support for veterans issues.
The bag contains several useful items for outdoors adventurers. Mr. McFarland and his family are off-road UTV enthusiasts, thus this kit will be a useful addition to their activities.
The raffle generated $300 which will be used to build a wooden cenotaph honoring VFW Life Members and those who are now deceased. The cenotaph will be on display inside VFW Post 2543 for family and friends to view..
