Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home Volunteer Opportunities
The District 10 Commander has published the below opportunities for Veterans to help fellow veterans activities
Saturday 2/1
- 10am Bingo (3-4 volunteers needed)
- Assist members with marking numbers, distributing money to winners, pushing members to and from the activity
Monday 2/3
- 10am Bingo (2-3 volunteers needed)
- 11:30am Lunch at Runza (1-2 volunteers needed)
- Volunteers will meet us at Runza 3002 Samson Way, Bellevue, NE 68123) around 11:45am & help members order food, take their trays to/from the table, and converse with members (volunteers will need to bring their own money for food)
Wednesday 2/5
- 9:30am Make a Super Bowl/Valentine’s Day t-shirt (2-3 volunteers needed)
- Assist members with picking a shirt design & pushing members to and from the activity
- 2pm Bingo (2-3 volunteers needed)
Thursday 2/6
- 6:30pm Bingo (4-5 volunteers needed)
Friday 2/7
- 10am Music (1-2 volunteers needed)
- Assist bringing members to the activity and taking members back (music will last around 1 hour)
- 2pm Bingo (2-3 volunteers needed)
Saturday 2/8
- 10am Bingo (2-3 volunteers needed)
Sunday 2/9
- 2pm Bingo (2-3 volunteers needed)
